Managing the social culture and library cause in the district, directing the construction and development of various social cultural causes and the development and utilization of the library sources in the district; organizing and promoting the standardization and modernization of the district library causes, improving the cooperation and coordination of all kinds of libraries.
6. supervising and managing the publishing corporations in the district on the publishing and issuing work; organizing the checking and publishing the illegal behaviors in the links of publishing.
7. Managing the cultural relic causes in the district, drafting and researching the policies, plans and supervising the corresponding execution of the development of the cultural relics; directing and coordinating the management, protection, saving, unearthing, researching, utilization and propaganda of the cultural relics of the district.
