〖Responsibility of the bureau〗


1. to implement the guidelines, policies, laws and regulations on economics opening and foreign economics and trade of the central, provincial and municipal government; to draft regulations and management measures on foreign economics and trade in the district and put them into practice
2. to make the market development strategy and layout on the long and middle term importing and exporting, gather the yearly importing and exporting plan in the district and put them into practice; to undertake the management of some indices and quota of the imported and exported commodities; to direct the district in antidumping, anti-allowance, security affairs and etc related to importing and exporting.
3. to draft policies, measures and development strategy on absorbing foreign capital in the district; to make middle and long term layout and yearly plan for investment promotion and capital introduction in the district; to direct the investment promotion and capital introduction in the towns and the unions directly administrated by the bureau; to be responsible for declaration and approval of the investment contact, agreements and the processing programs in case of foreign investment; supervise and checking the foreign-invested corporations in their implementing of the execution of the laws, regulations, contracts and regulations; to direct and administrate the importing and exporting of the foreign-invested corporations; to coordinate the problems occurred in the foreign investments.
