1. Fulfill the state statistics
and surveying tasks, meeting the standard
of the statistics law, regulations, policies
and etc, acting respond to the statistics
report forms system that is united throughout
the nation.
2. Making out the statistics modernization
planning in our district, surveying scheme
and the surveying program; leading and coordinating
the statistics work between the center government
and the local government, supervising and
checking the execution of the statistical
regulations and laws.
3. Establishing and consummating the national
economics account system and the statistical
index system in the district, organizing,
leading and supervising the statistics and
national economics account work in the towns,
streets and departments; collecting, tidying
and supplying the basic statistics; analyzing,
forecasting the economics situation on national
economics and social development situation,
fulfilling the surveying questionnaires
in the district.
4. Putting into effect the surveying plan
on the important issues such as the general
situation of a country and national power;
organizing the social or economical surveying
in the towns, streets, departments, collecting
and analyzing the basic statistical data
throughout the district; analyzing, forecasting
and supervising on the situations, such
as the national economics in the district,
scientific and technological improvement
and social development; supplying statistics
and consultation suggestions to the district
government and the committee and the related
departments.
5. Checking, managing, and publicizing the
basic statistical data of the district united,
publicizing the statistics on the development
of the national economics and the social
development regularly.
6. Organizing and directing the basic construction
on the statistics in the departments and
units in the district, strengthening the
training on the statistics education and
the training of the statistics staff.
