〖General situation of the bureau〗

Fushan district justice bureau is government department in charge of the justice and administrative work throughout the district, including as office, root sections, and propaganda, with subsidiaries such as notarization department.

〖Duty of the justice bureau〗

（1）The duties shouldered by the justice bureau includes： carrying out the state, provincial or municipal guideline, policies and regulations on justice and administration work; drafting local district policies and regulations on justice and administration; making out middle and long term layout and year round working plan as well as putting them into effect.
（2）Making out propaganda and legal general knowledge plan in the district, as well as putting them into effect; directing fathering work throughout the district according to the law. Popularizing constitution, law, regulation, guideline and policies made by the state; giving publicity to the accomplishment and experiences of the legal construction; putting the legal knowledge into prevalence and strength the legal conception among the people.
（3）Direct the intercession committee in the organizing and operation works; directing operations in town or street justice office and training justice cadre for root organizations
（4）Helping the ones who have fulfilled their imprisonment term or have reformed through labor in job hunting and training.
（5）Supervising and directing the work of the lawyer; strengthening the organizing, operation construction of the lawyers’office; improving lawyer system step by step.
（6）Supervising and directing notarization work; strengthening the organizing and operation construction of the notarization office; bringing into play the role of the notarization department servicing to the economics construction.
（7）Taking charge in the managing, direction, assisting and supervising in lawful association throughout the district
（8）Managing and supervising the charges in the justice and administration system for operations, the plan, consumption, and notarization of the materials equipped.
（9）Associating and directing lawful service through the special telephone line of“148”
（10）Directing and managing the team construction and ideological and political construction in the justice and administration system.
（11）Undertaking the other works transferred from the superior organizations.
