〖Duty of the bureau〗

2. drafting the industry plan, as well as supervising the execution of the plan; taking charge in the construction adjusting, resource collocation, comprehensive balance among the industries of the industries in charge; taking charge in the program establishment, declaration or examination and approval on the fixed assets investment plan, taking charge in the production plan drafting on fruit, vegetable, rice in the district, as well as development plan various operation; associating the district committee and the district government in the execution of the fruit basket program.
3. Taking participation in the drafting and adjusting of the taxation policies on agricultural products and other items in country; taking part in the market adjusting and controlling with the economics adjusting measures to direct the production.
4. Directing the construction and development of various economics organization in country; directing the stabilization and completion of the responsibility system of untied production by contract and double operation system; taking participation in the infrastructure construction of the country; directing the management of the village collection and the country contract; taking responsibility in the supervision and management of the burden reduction of the peasants, coordinating the interests among the organizations in the country throughout the district.
5. Surveying on the development direction and the directing measure on the agricultural market, taking participation in the policies to promote the industrialization progress of the country, coordinating the process and logistics of the agricultural products; taking responsibility in the statistics of the industry information.
