Fushan agricultural machinery service center consists of 2 sections: administrative office an the industry development finance office: and 4 subdivisions: agricultural organization popularization station, agricultural machinery management station (under the name of agricultural machinery management section), agricultural organization security supervision station and agricultural machinery school.

〖Section responsibility〗
1. To implement the guidelines, policies, regulations and rules on agriculture machinery, facilities, agricultural engineering and agricultural aviation; to draft policies, regulations on agricultural machinery management in our district, and put it into practice; to direct, supervise and service on the development of the agricultural machinery and the significant programs.
2. To draft the development strategy, middle and long term layout on agricultural machinery, facilities program and the agricultural aviation operations, and the integration of agriculture and art; to be responsible for the draft of criterions on agricultural machinery operation, technology standard and the uselessness declaration of the large and middle scale agricultural machines, renewing standard and the corresponding execution.
3. To direct the industry structure adjusting of the agricultural machines, such as plant machinery, herd machinery, plant protection machinery, primary products process machinery and etc; to promote the application and popularization of various agricultural machines and to lift the machinery level in agriculture industry in the district.
4. To take responsibility in the science researching of the agricultural machinery, and to direct the tackling of the significant science and technology problems, the appraisal of the science and technological fruit, science and technology development and the trial, demonstration and popularization of the new technology and the new tools; to direct the education and training in the agricultural machinery industry and the professional skills exploit in the agricultural industry.
5. To direct the mechanization in farming, development in agricultural machinery program and the construction of the agricultural machinery popularization system; to cultivate and develop agricultural machinery service market; to provide social service such as agricultural machines utilization and operation across the districts.
6. To inspect the security, manage the utilization and detect the quality, appraise the trial, approve and popularize of the agricultural machinery, such as tractor, combine harvester, agricultural aviation motor, agricultural products process machine and etc; to train the operators of the agricultural machines in skill, teach them in security knowledge and test and certificate them; to be responsible for the investigation and handling on the agricultural machine accidents.
7. To administrate the capitals of the agricultural machine causes; to be responsible for the oils utilized in the agricultural machines; to be responsible for the statistics in the agricultural machinery industry; to direct the establishment of the maintenance work of the agricultural machines, construction of the website and the information controlling works.
8. To be responsible for the economics and technology communication and cooperation of the agricultural machinery industry.
9. To undertake the other items transferred from the district committee and the district government.
