〖Responsibility of the bureau〗
1. to implement the laws, regulations, guidelines and policies of the central, provincial and municipal government on labor insurance; to study out general scheme on labor and public insurance system reformation in the district, to draft development scheme and yearly work plan on labor and public insurance, and put them into practice.
2. To implement the policies and regulations on labor and public insurance, to study out the management measures on the consultant organizations on labor and public insurance in the district; to exercise supervision right in representative of the district government on labor and public insurance, and to draft supervision criteria on labor and public insurance in the district, to supervise the work in labor and public insurance supervision and checking organizations.
3. To study out the measure and policies to promote the employment both in the urban area and in the suburban area; program and guide the development of the labor market and the settlement of the workers out of work from corporations, to organize the construction and consummate the employment service system; to draft schemes, polices on subsistence allowances standards and reemployment programs; to make out the management measures on organizations engaging in employment introduction; to work out policies on the utilization of the superfluous labor in the countries and the orderly flow across distributions, and put them into practice; to make out separate measures according to different occupations on management of citizens who work overseas and the foreigners who work in Fushan district.
