〖Duty of the bureau〗

1. Carrying out the laws, regulations and rules of the state, and drafting execution measures in details according to the situation in the district.
2. according to the development plan of the economics development of the district, drafting the development plan and the year round work plan on the taxation system; organizing the corresponding execution.
3. According to the economical taxation resources and the taxation plan transferred by the taxation bureau of the state or the municipal government, making, assigning and making known to the lower levels of the taxation plan of the district government, organizing the corresponding execution to assure the completion of the taxation duties; making full use of the taxation lever to macroscopically adjusting and controlling economics, to supervise and to promote the development of the economics.
4. Taking charge in the charging and checking work of the central tax, the shared tax by the center and the district; taking charge in the management of the special invoices for value added tax, ordinary invoice and the tickets of the tax.
