〖Duty of the department 〗

1. Carrying out the state’s or province’s guideline and policies on national economics and social development; studying and putting forward the strategy for national economics and social development strategy, middle and long term plan and year round development plan throughout the district; research and put forward the control objects, policies and measures of the gross balance, development velocity and construction adjusting, and connecting, balancing the development planning of the main industries.
2. Making sure the balancing of the gross demand and gross supplying of key economics indices and the coordination of the key ratios, making plans on the resources development, productivity distribution and ecological surrounding; directing and improving the reasonability of the economics construction and the sustainable development of the national economics.
3. Collect and analyze the financial operation situation as well as the national economics and social development situation, analyzing and studying the international, domestic and the district economics situation to forecast and alarming beforehand for the macroscopic economics; taking participation in the financial and credit policies; researching and putting forward policies suggestions to promote the economics development by synthetically using economics level.
4. research and then put forward the layout plan of the gross scale of the fixed assets investment and the important programs; according to the related regulations and approval right, declare and approve the investment program of the basic constructions; arranging for the infrastructure investment planof the district finance and the district important construction constructions; taking charge in the checking of the important programs investigated by the government.
