1 .Office
Assisting the governors in the coordinating and organization of the daily government affairs; to be responsible for the arrangement of the vehicles and for the management of the public materials such as office utilities; to be responsible for the security and the management of the estates such as the office building and the dormitory buildings; to be responsible for the logistics of the conference; to organize the inspection of the sanity and security; to strengthen the ideology education of the finance clerks and the accountants for the sake of the financial work.
2.Personnel and information section
To be responsible for the organizing or service of secretary, information, propaganda, correspondence and visit, documents, secret, confidential correspondences, supervision, conference, etc; to be responsible for the cadre, personnel and family planning in the bureau and the unions directly belonging to the bureau; to organize and direct the education and training work in the finance system; to be responsible for the test, appraisal of the job in the departments; to record the significant conferences of the bureau and other work transferred from the district governors.
