Organizing, directing and supervising the training and examination of the special workers, and the training and examination for the managers of the corporations and the security managing persons. Taking charge in the qualification approval and ordinary managing work of units that trains the workers in special type of job
(6) Supervising the mineral trade and dangerous chemical production units to carry out the safe production law and regulations, and security managing work such as safety production condition, related facilities, materials and the safeguarding articles during work.
(7) Taking responsibility in the safety supervising and testing work of contemporary designation, construction and putting into production of the security facilities and the main engineering of the facilities during the newly built, modified and expanding construction programs; supervising and examining the prevention work of the mineral trade and dangerous chemical production units according to the professional production regulation and standard; supervising and checking the controlling of the danger sources and the modification of hidden trouble of the accidence; organizing the checking and punishment of the units not satisfying the safe production condition; organizing, directing and cooperating the registering of the dangerous chemicals and the urgency meeting and assistance work of the accidence.
(8) Drafting the safe production science research plan; organizing, directing the research of the science and technology for safe production and the technology demonstration.
