1. The charges for granting or transferring
land:
Fixed through negotiation, in accordance
to the state's land polices and industrial
policies concerning the project, as
well as the project's scientific and
technical contents, scale of the project,
capital output ratio, economic benefits,
years set for the right of land-use,
etc.
2. Fees for comprehensive development
accessories of city's construction:
Remission of this fee
3. Duties:
When transferring land, transferring
fee and land contract duty should
be levied. Each of them equals 3%
of the land price.
