〖 Fushan, Yantai- the hometown of Chinese big cherry〗
Sweet cherry and sour cherry are generally called big cherry, which is originated in the west of Asia and the southeast of Europe. The plant of the cherry has a history of 130 years dated back to the 70s of the 19th century. The big cherry of Fushan is the first one to ripeness, and consequently honored as the first branch in the spring fruits and the treasure among the fruits. The cherry planted in shed could be ripe and on the market in the later part of April and the cherry planted in the open air could be ripe and on the market in the later part of May.
