〖Education and sanity〗

    Education, culture, sanity and technology are on their steady way of development; there are 77 schools, including ordinary middle and primary schools, technological colleges and etc. In these schools there are 36 thousand of students, among which there are 26 thousand who enjoy the compulsory education and directed by a staff of 3061, 2279 was professional teachers. 12 science and technological research institutes with 360 professional researchers. The television net covers all over the area with a popularization rate of 81%, and there are 8 entertainment places as public library, imperial art academy, and cinemas.      Fushan is one of the cradle land of Shandong cuisines. In the October of 2001, the Cuisine Association of China approved it as the hometown of Shandon cuisines.
